1. General Provisions.
1.1 The following terms and definitions are used in this document and arising or related relations of the Parties: Agreement - this Agreement with all amendments and supplements. Website - the address of the site on the Internet https://changer-man.top/ User - a legally capable natural person, a visitor of the Website, who has joined this Agreement in his/her own interest and who exchanges one digital currency or currency unit for another, who has received the current information about the methods, directions and possibilities of rendering the Service from the Website, specified in this Agreement Application - an executed request, which receives a certain number and status in the Website system, as well as a set of data transmitted to it by the User. Website Visitor means a person who visited the Website without filling out an Application Service means payment processing in accordance with the Application data.

1.2 Parties to the agreement.
The Agreement is concluded between the Site providing the Service, on the one hand, and the User, represented by the one who has used the Service, on the other hand.
2. Subject of Agreement.
2.1 The subject of this Agreement is to provide the Service to the User in accordance with the Regulations on the processing of applications and payment systems specified in the Application. 2.2 This Agreement covers all types of Services, presented on the Website.
3. Regulations on Processing Applications and Performing Exchange Transactions
3.1 These rules are considered organized by the terms of the public offer, which is formed when the User submits an Application and is one of the main components of this Agreement. 3.2 The User is obliged to follow the instructions of the Order in accordance with the Service. 3.3 Upon completing the activities in the Order, the User undertakes to notify the Site of the successful completion of their actions.
4. In addition
If there is a delay in funds transfer to the details specified by the User through the fault of the settlement system, the Site shall not be liable for damages resulting from the long receipt of funds. In this case, the User must agree that all claims will be made against the settlement system, and the Site shall provide its assistance to the best of its ability.
The Agreement is concluded between the Site providing the Service, on the one hand, and the User, represented by the one who has used the Service, on the other hand.

5. Warranty period
5.1 Within 24 hours from the moment of making the Order, the Site gives the guarantee for the services provided, if other terms are not stipulated. 5.2 In case of absence of fulfillment of obligations by the Site, the User has to contact the support within 24 hours after fulfillment of obligations by the Order. Any claims after this term are considered only at the discretion of the Website support.
6. Unforeseen circumstances.
If during the processing of the User's application unforeseen circumstances arise that contribute to the failure of the Site to fulfill the terms of the contract, the terms of the application will be postponed for the appropriate duration of the force majeure. The Site shall not be liable for overdue obligations.
5.1 Within 24 hours from the moment of making the Order, the Site gives the guarantee for the services provided, if other terms are not stipulated. 5.2 In case of absence of fulfillment of obligations by the Site, the User has to contact the support within 24 hours after fulfillment of obligations by the Order. Any claims after this term are considered only at the discretion of the Website support.
6. Unforeseen circumstances.

Claims under this Agreement are accepted by the Site in the form of a letter, in which the User states the essence of the claim. This letter shall be sent to the support contacts indicated on the Website.
9.Waiver
The site has the right to refuse to enter into a contract and perform the application due to illegal transfers, fraudulent activities or other reasons. This paragraph applies to any client.
10. Requests
Requests are accepted for review within 24 hours after its creation, we reserve the right to refuse to consider requests received later.
This Agreement is accepted by both parties, represented by the Site and the User, as an equally valid contract.
